The judge arrives, time to pay the piper! She was very cool and seemed impressed that we've been together for 28 years, she asked if we had been together that whole time and we assured her we had. She said lots of nice things about the meaning of marriage and our commitment.

Is Robert grinning in the background because he's glad it's not him in front of the firing squad?

The judge pronounces us married and that we now get to do the best part, the ring exchange.

After a few words and exchanging rings, our friends give us a round of applause.

This is after the ceremony, there is a little garden to take pictures.

I wanted Jacaranda trees in bloom for our wedding, these are in the park in front of our house.

This was just after arriving from the registry office and taking a taxi home for the reception.
Now onto the reception!
