Argentines love to grill meat, but they don't use spices or BBQ sauces or marinades, just slow grilling meat with salt and pepper. The results are amazing, but sometimes you crave a good ole Texas BBQ! I found a place that delivers and I ordered the "Classic Sampler", I thought this was a good way to try out everything they had. The box arrived with all the goodies inside, and I just had to heat up the ribs and mashed potatoes in the oven, it was a great Texas BBQ dinner!

I unpackaged all the goodies, spare ribs, baby back ribs, pulled pork, buns for the pork, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, homemade BBQ sauce and pickles. All in vacuum packed sealed envelopes!

After heating some of it up in the oven, it smelled amazing! The menu says the order serves 4-5 people so I just sliced off some of it to heat up.
