Argentina has been experiencing horrible inflation for many years, so things are very tough for people living here and earning pesos. However, beef is still very important here and I bought 4 amazing "bife de chorizo" steaks - similiar to NY strip steaks, for about $10 USA. |

I broiled them, and sautéed some mushrooms to go on top, baked potato and a small dinner salad and you have a delicious meal! |
