We had a wonderful birthday for Ron, just the two of us. Our home is like a morgue because there has not been heat for over a month (it's winter now in Argentina!). There is a broken pipe in the system, which is water based, with pipes buried in the floors and ceilings. Our Administrator is on vacation in Russia, and nobody knows when he will be back. He left nobody in charge who could spearhead the repairs, so we are a ship without a rudder. We couldn’t invite our friends over for a party, and just sit around with their teeth chattering. ;o) We may revisit the possibility of a party when heat is restored. |

There were several user comments on ways to improve on the original recipe which helped tweak the meal into something delicious. The chicken breasts Ron got were HUGE, they must have been off a small turkey and not a chicken. |
