I remember my sister Phyllis saying, "Why do I wash the kitchen floor before a party?" When you know it gets destroyed before the end of the night. Every time I wash the kitchen floor before a party, I hear my sister's voice!

I'm so glad my man can cook!

We had a pesto pasta salad along with a green salad to go with the Quiche.

Nothing makes me happier then friends around the dinner table!

Ron's German Chocolate Cake, he makes it from scratch every year for me on my birthday because it's my favorite. TO DIE FOR!

We also had some fruit salad and ice cream for dessert.

I bought these confetti cannons for new year's eve but totally forgot to bring them out, so we shot them off after dinner.

It was a beautiful summer night, not too hot, nice and cool and the breeze was fantastic.
