We were wondering what to make for a big crowd and Ron just recently found a great meat loaf recipe.  I would never serve meat loaf for a birthday dinner, but then I thought it would be new and different for our Argentine friends.

Miguel Angel was actually visiting from Mar del Plata, he was here for the weekend to take a one day seminar.  He’s an artist and the class was being led by a person who’s specialty is how to paint flesh body tones.  He painted this in one afternoon after the professor gave their lecture.  Miguel Angel said it wasn’t finished and he still needed to work on it, but it looked beautiful to me.
