Another excuse to have our great friends over for dinner!  Ron has a birthday and turns .....well.... let’s just say another year older!

We made Coq Au Vin the night before so the flavors could meld overnight, we put this on top of fresh pasta noodles and a sidedish of tabbouleh salad.  Ron made a Key Lime pie.

This is the chocolate tort with an orange meringue that Guillermo made Ron.  He said he wanted to make Ron's cake and I said SURE!  After trying it I told him it was so good you could base a restaurant on just this one dessert.
