We were the first people they’ve seen since June!

The original expedition station, replaced now by the larger
Ukrainian station.  You can go inside.

The ceiling was barely 6 feet tall.

The machine shop where they
could make tools and fix equipment.

With the current economic situation, I've heard that all Argentine scientific research stations have been closed.

This was a supply list tacked to the wall
it was dated 1958 / 1959 and looked brand new.

They had a guest book you could sign.  I wondered how many
hours were spent by the scientists gazing out this window?
